• anyone that uses any of the services that LoveThePoem.com offers agrees to the Terms and Conditions as ennounced in this Terms and Conditions section.
• I(as user) acknowledge and agree that these conditions regulating the relationship between myself and LoveThePoem.com are governed by Romanian law.
• the poem contest is open to all poets, regardless of experience, sex, nationality, location or any other subjective criteria.However, one must have over 16 years of age for participating.
• any poet joining our contest hereby states that the poem subscribed is the product of his personal creativity.
• LoveThePoem.com has the right to use any submitted poem in publishing or other purposes, in the following conditions: without priorly noticing the author, for 100 years from the moment the poem was submitted, the author being remunerated by having the right to purchase any printed material published by LoveThePoem.com which includes his/her poem at a special low price, before being released to public. This does not mean that LoveThePoem.com is obliged in any way to publish any of the author's poem(s).
• some poets may be eligible for prizes, that can consist in money, other prizes, and even publishing one or more poems; however, LoveThePoem.com has no obligation to award any of these potential prizes if neither one of the poems is considered eligible, nor to set a date for awarding any of these potential prizes.
• the poems that contain any form of obscenity,instigation to violence,racism or which can be taken as an offence to any public or private authority or person are not eligible.
• the potential winners of the contest will be decided by the LoveThePoem.com Staff - the Staff's decisions are final, irrevocable and uncontestable.
• LoveThePoem.com has the right to send you special notifications, promotions, or any other type of information related to our website or our partner websites.
• the notifications will be made by e-mail and/or by posting on LoveThePoem.com (including potential winners notification).
