Sleep softly dear loving Memories...
I came home to still my hurting heart.
I read through old cards, so filled
with love.
I slept on her worn pillow still
carrying her scent.
I touched personal belongings; feeling
her presence.
I walked the ground she walked,
feeling I was walking in her
footsteps.
Mother's loving grace abounded at home
God had left much of my Mother for me
to embrace.
Now it is time for me to let the
memories--
Sleep Softly...in my heart.
