#62 Die Mauer
The wall has fallen hooray hooray,
some say more order existed when
the russians were in power, but not
in Berlin and not at Die Mauer
God is not dead and He's not sleeping,
He sees the anguish the grief the weeping.
The church has slept for more than seventy
five years God is watching and understands
their fears.
On the lighter note I think I'll do my goose stepper
march and hang out at the Bronx zoo today once
a rendevous for all the old cold war spies who
bought into the dirty wall and all its dirty lies.
Just one last retirement perk for all operatives
a brand new black jaguar but alas nolonger in
the budget no more frills no more thrills only
memories of the cold war and its icy chill.
When a man retires and time is no longer a matter of urgent importance,
his colleagues generally present him with a watch.
R.C. Sherriff
Retired is being twice tired, I've thought
First tired of working, then tired of not.
Richard Armour
O, blest retirement! Friend to life's decline -
How blest is he who crowns, in shades like these,
A youth of labor with an age of ease!

The challenge of retirement is how to spend time without spending money.
Author Unknown
Retirement is wonderful. It's doing nothing without worrying about
getting caught at it.
