#30 Boredom!!!
Desert dry are my sweaty hands
With a muted shout in these stands
Boredom that seethes deep in my soul
For a moment that seems a lifetime whole
Tired of routine, tired with all
Pushed by a wave but just cant fall
The mirror that stares cold
With just a plain face to unfold
I search endlessly for that break
In the vast emptiness that’s so fake
Frantic thoughts with slow detours
A tedious image of all my chores
I see the person In me just one
I see the person in the mirror, just one
I see the person in my past ,just one
I see the person who wants some fun
But where’s that haven ?
When a man retires and time is no longer a matter of urgent importance,
his colleagues generally present him with a watch.
R.C. Sherriff
Retired is being twice tired, I've thought
First tired of working, then tired of not.
Richard Armour
O, blest retirement! Friend to life's decline -
How blest is he who crowns, in shades like these,
A youth of labor with an age of ease!
Goldsmith

getting caught at it.
