You may think it's strange
As most people do
My best friend isn't a me or a you
His name is fuzzy
And guess what he can do
He can sit, he can speak
And has a cute little bark
He's my best friend
When I'm alone in the dark
He chews on my socks,
My shoes, and my toys
He likes to play catch
And run with us boys
Can you guess from the clues
I've written above
It's my dog Fuzz
The best friend that I love
I've written this ode
I hope it will please
Oh! I also forgot
I also have fleas

In awe I watched the waxing moon ride across the zenith of the
heavens like an ambered chariot towards the ebon void of infinite space wherein the
tethered belts of Jupiter and Mars hang forever festooned in their orbital majesty. And as
