#48 We are the very children of the Gods
(The baby boomers anthem)
We are the very children of the Gods
When we sing and dance and
laugh the heaven’s roar
No one dare turn a hand to us
There is no one has a chance but us
we are the very children of the Gods.
We are here to take it all and not hang back
We were promised all of it when we were born
We believe in one another just
ourselves and not one other
We are the very children of the Gods
We know there will be others after us
and they will skrimp and save because of us
Bur we don’t care a fuck for them
and they can rot and die in hell
We are the very children of the Gods
(A baby boomer)

them, they show us the state of our decay. Brian Aldiss
There was never a child so lovely that his mother wasn't glad to get him to sleep. Ralph
Waldo Emerson
Often parents are working to solve problems without knowing what the real problem is.

The end of childhood is when things cease to astonish us. When the world seems
familiar, when one has got used to existence, one has become an adult. Eugene Ionesco
