If for my birthday I could make a wish
The one thing I want is simply his kiss
I don't need a cake with candles aglow
I just hope in his heart he knows I love him so
I don't need a party with loads of ice cream
I just want to sit here and drift in this dream
I don't think there is one thing I could want more
Than to spend my birthday with the one I adore
I don't need a gift thats full of surprises
His heart is one of my favorite prizes
So if you ask what I want, I'll surely tell you
I just want my baby and our love that's so true
