#660 loves beginning

A total bombardment all at the same time
All of a sudden I hear a rhythm. A pounding in my chest
What is wrong? Why is my heart playing this song?
Then I realize… to my surprise… that a person is why
I want to pull her near, and yet I must sigh
But when I close my eyes, it’s still her voice I hear
But why… am I … still clouded with fear?
Do I over analyze the situation? Because of past trials and tribulations.
Can’t seem to sleep at night. Waking up in perspiration
This is crazy! My mind is hazy! Never before would this faze me!
But yet still…I feel…that something here is real. But what’s the deal?
I see her face. I hear her name.
Thinking our last could one day be the same.
A new beginning of life. No more playing games.
After all the things that I’ve been through could this finally be the end?
Could this be the one? My lifelong best friend.
I hesitate…want to wait…yet my heart must flow
I have to maintain. Give time for things to grow.
And even though I know that Gods will be done
She is my thoughts when I go to sleep. She is my rising morning sun.
She’s on my mind during the day as my thought’s drift away
So much I want to tell her. But I don’t know what to say
So I stop and I pray to God in heaven above. I tell the lord my secret.
With her I am in love
And yet He already knows. It was His plan all along
He speaks to me to comfort me. He tells me nothing is wrong.
“ I had this planned from the beginning” is what I hear Him say
“ You were made for each other. Cause I made you that way”
